Delete your eSchoolify account

You can ask us to delete your eSchoolify account and the personal data linked to it. You do not need to be signed in. If you are signed in, you can also do this from Profile → Delete my account.

What happens next

• We email you a link. Press it to confirm the request is yours.
• Our team reviews it and emails you the decision.
• If approved, your account and personal data are erased after 30 days. You can ask us to cancel during that time.

What is deleted, and what is kept

Deleted: your name, email, phone number, password and sign-in sessions; guardian, address and health details; saved designs, notes, bookmarks, highlights and AI tutor chats.

Kept, without your identity: records your school needs — marks, attendance totals, fee ledgers — remain but show as “Deleted user”. Backups are rotated out within about six months.

School principals and owners: accounts that manage a whole school are closed together with our team, because they hold the school's data too.
