Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use eSchoolify, the school platform from Moonlight Publishers. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use eSchoolify through a school, your school may add its own rules.

Accounts

• Give accurate information and keep your password private — you are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Pupil accounts are created and managed by the school. Schools are responsible for who they invite and for the accuracy of the records they enter.
• Tell us promptly if you think someone else has used your account.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

• break the law, or upload content you have no right to share;
• try to access another person's or school's data, or probe or disrupt the service;
• copy, resell or redistribute books or other content beyond the licence your school has been given;
• use the AI features to produce harmful, abusive or misleading material.

Content and licences

Books and learning materials are licensed to schools for use by their own staff and pupils; the rights stay with the publisher and authors. What you create in eSchoolify stays yours, and you give us permission to store and display it to provide the service.

AI features

AI tools can make mistakes. Treat their output as a draft or a study aid, check it before relying on it, and do not enter information you would not want processed by our AI provider.

Availability and changes

We work to keep eSchoolify available but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may improve, change or retire features, and will give schools notice of anything significant.

Ending your use

You can stop using eSchoolify at any time and may delete your account (see the Privacy Policy and account deletion page). We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, eSchoolify is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the previous twelve months. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.
